Production Technique

Dionisio is produced from a keen selection of hand harvested grapes that grow in the southern hills of Irpinia. The grapes are removed from the rachis and softly pressed and crushed.Only the free-run juice is extracted from the press and then transferred in stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation takes places before bottling.

The winemaking process respects the high quality standards of the Italian quality control system “Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita” designed to guarantee the origin of the wine for the “Greco di Tufo”.
