Production Technique

Naif Bianco is produced from a keen selection of hand harvested grapes that grow in the sunny southern hills of Campania. The grapes are removed from the rachis and softly pressed and crushed.Only the free-run juice is extracted from the press and then transferred in stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation takes places before bottling. 

Food Pairings

Excellent as aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish and sea food, or even with fresh cheese.
