Production Technique

Naif Rosso is produced from a keen selection of hand harvested grapes that grow in the sunny southern hills of Irpinia. The three varieties are vinified separately. After alcoholic fermentation, the individual wine varieties are transferred in stainless steel tanks where they are aged separately for 10 months. Subsequently, they are blended and aged in bottle for at least 3 months before release. 

Food Pairings

It marries perfectly with all dishes and main courses, or served fresh as an accompaniment to fish and sea food.
