Characteristics

Colour: dark ruby red, verging to garnet

Bouquet: a passionate and round bouquet, with red fruits, violet and spices hints

Flavour: eloquent, full body, persistent and well balanced 

Production Technique

The grapes, hand-picked and carefully selected, when fully grown and perfectly ripe, are transferred to the cellar where they are removed from the rachis, softly pressed and crushed. They undergo fermentation and maceration in stainless steel barrels for 12 months and intensive aging process in oak wooden casks for 12/18 months. The wine is then transferred and stored in glass bottles for further improvement and enhancement for an additional period of 12 months.

Ideal for all red meat, in particular roast beef and lamb, savoury game, salami and seasoned cheeses.
