Characteristics

Colour: dark ruby red, verging to garnet

Bouquet: intense, winy, under-wood and red fruits aromas

Taste: good body, sapid, soft, fine and velvety 

Production Technique

Vigna Claudia based on a meticulous selection of hand harvested grapes that grow in the sunny southern hills of Irpinia. After vinification and alcoholic fermentation, the wine is transferred in stainless steel tanks for 12 months. Before release, the wine is bottle-aged for an additional 3 months. 

Food Pairings

Superb accompaniment to roasted and grilled red meat, salami and seasoned cheeses.
